Services Provided
We provide fully crewed yacht charters in Croatia, which include a professional skipper (captain) and, where applicable, additional crew such as a hostess, chef, or deckhand. The crew is responsible for the safe operation of the yacht and the comfort of the guests.
Bookings & Payments
A deposit of 10% of the total itinerary fee is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to embarkment date.
Bookings made less than 60 days before departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, details will be provided on confirmation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Total itinerary cost transferable within the same season subject to availability, if no availability, refunds will be processed as follows:
More than 90 days before embarkment: 100% refund of the total price.
Between 60-90 days: 50% refund.
Less than 60 days: No refund.
Force Majeure: In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer rescheduling options or credit toward a future booking.
Crew and Captain Authority
The captain has full authority regarding the safety of the yacht and all persons on board. Their decisions are final in matters of navigation, weather, and safety.
Passengers must comply with all instructions from the captain and crew.
If any guest's behavior threatens safety, the captain reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund.
Client Responsibilities
Respect the yacht, its crew, and other passengers.
Provide accurate information on any health issues, dietary requirements, or special requests prior to the charter.
Follow Croatian maritime laws and regulations while on board.
Included & Additional Costs
Included:
Yacht rental for the duration of the itinerary with crew.
Crew salaries and basic onboard services.
Standard equipment and linens.
Fuel costs.
Port and marina fees.
Tourist taxes.
Not Included:
Crew gratuities (customarily 10-15% of the charter fee, at your discretion).
Transfers and shore excursions.
Insurance
The yacht is fully insured for marine risks, including third-party liability. This does not cover guests' personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
Liability
We are not liable for:
Injury, illness, or accidents during the charter unless due to gross negligence.
Loss or damage of personal belongings.
Changes or delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or government actions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
